OsakaWaits respects your privacy. This policy explains how version 1.0 of the app handles information.
Information we collect
OsakaWaits has no account or sign-in feature. The developer does not directly collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, advertising identifier, or other personal identifiers through the app.
Information stored on your device
Your language preference, favorite attractions, the latest downloaded wait-time cache, and operating-hour cache may be stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide app features, is not sent to a server operated by the developer, and is removed when you delete the app.
Third-party network services
The app connects to Queue-Times.com to retrieve wait-time information. Standard network information, such as your IP address and request time, may be processed by that service under its own policy. When you open an official information link, the linked website's privacy policy applies.
Advertising, analytics, and tracking
Version 1.0 does not include an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or third-party tracking SDK and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. If advertising is added later, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before release, and legally required consent choices will be provided.
Sharing and sale
The developer does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information. Network requests to third-party services are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes
This policy may be updated if app features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
